Issam Al-Khatib is Head of Saudi Arabia for Abdul Latif Jameel Health, part of Abdul Latif Jameel, a collective of independent international, family-owned and diversified businesses, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.

Issam is a highly practiced healthcare professional with over 30 years’ diversified experience across pharmaceutical, medical devices and nutrition industries.

In his role at Abdul Latif Jameel Health, Issam over seas all aspects of operations in Saudi Arabia, one of the largest markets in the MENAT region.  

Prior to joining Abdul Latif Jameel Health, Issam held a number of key commercial leadership positions with many multinationals including GSK, AstraZeneca, Novartis, MSD, Abbott and Glenmark.

Mr. Al-Khatib holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from King Saud University, Riyadh.  Issam speaks Arabic and English.
